Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Palette Master, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Palette Master for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying the application
- Using the application for commercial purposes without permission
- Attempting to reverse engineer the software
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notices
In-App Purchases
Palette Master offers optional In-App Purchases to unlock premium features. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
- Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
- Purchases are final and tied to your Apple ID
- You can restore purchases on any device signed into your Apple ID
Refunds
All In-App Purchase refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the purchase and select "Request a refund"
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple according to their refund policies.
Subscription Terms
If you purchase a subscription:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Intellectual Property
Palette Master and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChiChi Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
Palette Master is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Color mixing results are approximations and may vary based on actual paint brands, pigment quality, and mixing conditions. We do not guarantee exact color matches.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ChiChi Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Palette Master or any In-App Purchases.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or this website. Continued use of Palette Master after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
